ECAG’s AGM is being held at the Eltham Senior Citizens Hall, Library Place, Eltham. This year our special guest speaker is Frank Vassilacos, Nillumbik Shire’s Director of Planning, Environment and Strategy.
He’ll discuss the target of 6,500 new homes proposed for Nillumbik by 2051, how Council believes the statewide changes will affect Nillumbik, and Eltham and Diamond Creek in particular as the main Activity Centres, and how Council plans to mitigate the possible negative effects on tree canopy and our neighbourhood character.
